Big Brother is watching you. Join The Resistance, overthrow the totalitarian party, Ingsoc and interact with your world in a new way.

How? Use cutting-edge AR technology to uncover the Thinkpol surveillance within your neighbourhood, play word puzzles and defeat Big Brother, alongside your allies. So, enlist your friends, explore your area and uncover the truth. Your adventure awaits and Ingsoc doesn’t stand a chance.

How to Play

1. Use your phone and augmented reality (AR) technology to uncover hidden Thinkpol surveillance placed by Big Brother and totalitarian party, Ingsoc.
2. Once you discover surveillance, complete a Newspeak word puzzle. For example, you must correct the truth and reverse the thought-limiting language so it becomes expressive again (i.e. “ungood” should be reverted to “bad”).
3. Select the correct answer, collect points and climb up the leaderboard. High performing members of The Resistance (also known as The Hood) receive medals for their profile.
4. If you get the answer wrong, receive a penalty and be sent to Room 101. Call on another player to sacrifice points to rescue you. There’s strength in numbers!
